Do you use AI in the product?
Our AI features — a student doubt assistant, test and content generators, and lesson and study plans — are rolling out. They are switched off by default, and each institute opts in. At-risk alerts and automation rules are rule-based, not AI.
Is student data used to train AI?
No. Any AI features run through standard API contracts that prohibit training on customer data.
Is PII redacted before AI calls?
Not automatically. When an institute switches an AI feature on, the prompt can include what the student asked and their first name. AI features are off by default.
Can I disable AI features entirely?
AI features are off by default. The student assistant has an on/off switch in your settings; for any other AI tool, write to support and we switch it off for your institute.
Can I run multiple branches on one account?
Yes — and it's built right in. Each branch has isolated student data, P&L, and staff, but you can share content libraries, courses, and brand. Available on SCALE plan and above.
Does the mobile app work offline?
Yes. Downloaded recordings, notes, and mock tests work offline. Submissions and attendance sync the moment connectivity returns.
